Ok texture, terribly fixed frontal, Shorter length

I had to give a hairdresser to help fix the closure, it was pushed backward and she had to tuck the cap a little inwards because the frontal was fixed about 1cm space backward, cap was all out after the trimming of the lace, machine sowing run over frontal and other negligence. I would have returned it but I ordered it for a friend's event she was not too happy. I think seller should pay more attention to details and increase price if need be. Thanks
