This tight shaper is very strong. It can reduce your waistline a bit like 2 inches and tummy area like 2 inches. i am a size 16 for fitted trouser and skirt, and i bought the Medium size of the shaper. Ill advice you go 2 size down from your normal clothing and the shaper will fit perfectly.
