I chose 38-39, its not tight for me though CX I use 38 but its not too noticeable, so i have been managing it like that, sometimes i add shoe pad and it gets tight, its the same as the pic, lovely, but I'm sure if you are size 39 or 38 large, it ll be so perfect on you.
