Not quite as advertised

I think there was a major confusion about if this would be made to be a top or a gown and amidst the confusion, it was decided to leave it in the middle, tilting more to the gown side, hence you can't wear it as a top nor as a gown. Also, I thought it to be cotton and spandex, but it's all spandex.
