What you see is not what you get. The socks in the pack do not match the product description on the pack or here on the product page. However, they are a type of compression socks but not the graduated compression socks advertised. These appear to be the type used to treat embolisms (blood clots) and have only two points of compression: one at the heel and the other at the top of the socks. Please, do not use these as anti-fatigue socks or for regular compression as they constrict blood flow in a very specific manner aimed at trapping embolisms.
