the 2 turtle necks werre of different qualities
The tops were advertised as one size fits all but the black was much too big for a slim person. The quality of the black too was bad compared to that of the Ash.

Vendor packaged and shipped only one turtleneck, instead of two, as displayed on the advert on your site. Only one, instead of two turtleneck top was shipped and delivered in the packaging. Only the ash coloured one was delivered, without the black one. This is despite the fact that the charges I paid was for a 2-in-1 package, including cost of shipping. I would want to get the black turtleneck in the coming days please. Thank you.
