A good, light-weight, nondescript bag. The material is highly water RESISTANT, NOT completely water PROOF. The straps seem securely sewn onto bag, so no risk of snapping as long as you don't put anything too heavy inside it. A very acceptable carry-on travel bag. There's nothing "anti-theft" about the bag, though.
