I don't like it

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent order. Initially, I received a pair of shoes that met my expectations in terms of quality and design. However, the subsequent orders I placed for my father and my father in-law were completely different from the first pair I ordered. The half shoes I received are of very bad quality, rough soles that look like they was painted from red to black, and questionable materials that appear different from the initial one I ordered. The suede quality is also subpar. I'm shocked and disappointed that the shoes don't match the quality of the first pair I received. As a result, I'm unable to give these shoes to my family members as intended.
