Unprofessional practice
I purchased same product, it was very poor quality and had one defective component. I returned the product successfully. I ordered for another of thesame product a week later. Thesame returned package was delivered to me a second time. It had thesame defective part, exactly as I had returned it. I feel so bad and ripped off. This is fraudulent, to say the least!
