The icons on it pm indicator, bpm, and every other thing are for decoration and don't actually work. It's not a smart watch. It took a long time before I figured out how to change the time by long pressing the button which is quite hard and difficult to press. I can't change the date though. It serves its basic function to tell the time but this is mainly for kids as it feels fragile but it looks nice.
