The chain of this lapel pin seems to be stronger than the brooch itself. And though the picture depicted the medical symbol and an anchor, when the package arrived, it didn't have an anchor, just a rhinestone hook. The medical design looks like something that might fade overtime, though the description from the store says otherwise. And the hooks are quite confusing to use. Other than that, it's okay.
