I don't like it

I proposed with it and eventually after 7 days of using it, the stones and the silver color fade off. I've always patronize you and I've not experienced such before. The case that was used as well isn't a good one. As of now she's no more using because it looks like used and rusyed ring. I'm not happy at all Thank you so much.
