This mouse seemed like a great choice at first, but unfortunately, it has several issues with controls and overall functionality. Initially, it worked perfectly with the USB dongle, but now it no longer responds when connected to my laptop. To make matters worse, the Bluetooth connection has completely stopped working, likely due to a faulty switch. This product definitely needs to be more durable—but honestly, I wouldn’t buy it again.
