Good Product, Not Very Good Service
Dear Sir/ Ma, The Product is good, however from a customer centric stand point, you shouldn't hassle customers to provide feedback. I have been called twice and sent two emails to rate the product and transaction. I think that's a lot. Sending an email and a text wouldn't be too much. A number of customers wouldn't like to be stalked to provide reviews. Be that as it may, the product is good enough. Thank you.
