A regrettable purchase

How can a seller advertise a particular brand of product and ship another thing entirely without proper quality assurance from jumia. This is a very ridiculous clothing material to sell anywhere. I can't even see myself wearing this, but at the same time, can't go through the inconvenience of a return. This is becoming recurrent and may signal an end to my shopping on this platform.
