Poor design of the neck

Neck design is very poor. Haven't seen such a bad craftsmanship before. it should have just been a normal blue round back with the white design only on the left stomach/torso area. Material is okay, so I used a personal tailor to cut out the additional white neck line and re-sew the neck with the blue neck line to suit my taste.
