Minor Fault

The item came with a bad wire cord. It seems the wire is broken somewhere. I tested with my multimeter and confirmed it. I had to improvise by running a new wire permanently to the mug because I needed to use it and couldn't return it due to a wire fault. However, I will really appreciate it if the dealer can send me a good cord so I can remove the permanent wire I improvised. It will make sense if a thermostat is added to the device for auto-off.
