It's Good and Support Team is superb
I got my unit 1m at the time and barely 2 weeks after it developed a fault. Reached out to ecoflow directly and they had it replaced so for that alone, I'm giving them 5 stars. My advice: use voltage regulator/stabilizer when charging; except you absolutely have to, don't connect to internet (firmware update) as you can control using Bluetooth.

It’s a really nice producías long as you don’t have an exaggerated expectation as I did in the beginning. I love the app feature and the whole thing is easy to operate and all. I can charge it with my 2.5kva generator….just make sure to reduce the charging speed to about 500.
