This was such a good buy. I had been concerned it wouldn't sweep the subject area with sufficient breeze. It is my first short bladed ceiling fan and I am happy to tell you it passed with flying colours. You have to check however if all screws and parts are complete as the blade screws were missing while hanger parts were over supplied.
