Unsatisfactory

Firstly, there was supposed to be the cleansing milk and the moisturiser in the pack. However, it was replaced with a day cream and a night cream. And I'm honestly not seeing any results after having used it long enough that my toner has been exhausted and my cleanser almost will (and I made sure to do my research to make sure I do the routine properly).
