Unboxing Experience I just unboxed my package, and here’s what I noticed: 1. It only has one SIM slot, although the listing indicated that I should expect dual SIM support. It also doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor. 2. It didn’t come with an earpiece or earphones. 3. The memory card was missing/removed. 4. Most importantly, it is advertised as a 5G phone, but the device I received is 4G only. I’ve never had an issue with Jumia products before, but unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing. For me, this phone is a NO. I would not recommend it to anyone based on these discrepancies.
