A few things
There are two types of micro-needling derma-rollers. Type 1: the disc derma-roller which is made with sharp edged discs stacked against one another. This is a generic design. Type 2: the needle derma-roller which is made of individual needles radially positioned. This is the ideal, higher quality product. This product is the Type 1 derma-roller. It can be effective because it has given people results, but it is not the best type. I used it once so far and it's too early to see results. I'll give it 4 stars because I know it is a generic product of averagely medium-low quality and it hasn't shown to be worse than the bad it is.
