The laptop arrived in good condition and was well packaged. The memory capacity is exactly as described, and the overall performance has been satisfactory. The only issue is that the complimentary mouse included with the package is not working. Apart from that, I am pleased with the purchase and believe it offers good value for money. Overall, it is a good buy.
