It is below what I expect

I thought it was a new laptop, but getting to me, it's more or less a refurbished Laptop. 1. There some scratches on the body of the laptop 2. The 4 bolt used to screw the screen, 3 are silver colour while the other one is black 3. The battery do drain easily
