The speakers aren't as loud as I expected. They sound only about as loud as my phone's (Itel RS4) speaker. I also noticed that the USB Type-C port is faulty. The last issue is that the areas underneath the chassis, particularly those near the vents, give me a mild electric shock. I literally get zapped when I accidentally touch those areas, which is quite concerning.
The laptop is not new , equally can not work if you are a tech person, avoid the store . i regret buying it

Laptop is good, no issues since I've been using it. However, only thing I noticed on the body was that some part of the glue used to hold the screen was peeling off. But good overall, no issues.
When it came, the battery was down so I charged it and it came back on. It's durable and fast, it's small though because the size is 14" but overall, I recommend it ???? It also came with a nice laptop bag.
