I am locked out of the laptop

Don’t buy this laptop. The seller sent a locked laptop. It says “your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator”. I feel scammed. I bought this laptop for a specific purpose and I can’t even use it. Jumia is also to blame as they are required to do quality control which they obviously didn’t. So frustrating. Never buying anything here again.
