My laptop just freezes while working and i have to force restart it, It's not up to a year and I already have issues I did not expect. Specs are fair but some things are missing causing my laptop to freeze or have a glitching screen

How i charge a full battery over night and powered the system on ib the morning, saw 3:20 remaining of battery and within seconds telling me my battery is low
It's okay but the battery dies quickly
I like how fast, sleek and sturdy the laptop is. But it didn't come with any manual even though it was stated that it will be part of the items in the bag. The battery also doesn't last as long as advertised. Give it six hours maximum unless it is because I haven't used it long enough. Oh, the laptop bag is sweet.
