Well, it taste nice and I believe it works well too.. though it requires a continues process, like taling it daily.. but I wasn't consistent, so the effect wasn't that visible as I thought that my muscles will suddenly magically expand like that of a wrestler. I was wrong, but overall, the product is good as I always feel more energetic with high level of endurance throughout the period of consumption
