I don't like it (Jack keeps bouncing out of port)

The jack keeps keeps bouncing back from the Piano port for the sustain pedal, one will need to hold it in place with the hand for it to work and I cant hold a sustain pedal jack with my hand and play the piano at the same time. its really not funny cos, I don't know what to do with it right now because I could not use it.
