Old/ Used Product

This gas cylinder is not brand new at all. It was badly scratched, it was so rough, it was so dirty, it had sand all over it and looked so old as though they have been using it for years. Oh my God I was so disappointed and pained. A gift for that matter. I would have requested for a return but I didn’t have the strength for that. But whoever sold this to me is such a wicked person. I do not recommend!!!!!
