Leaking cylinder

These guys almost cost me my life. The cylinder that was delivered had a leakage at the head apparently it wasn’t properly tightened when being coupled. After my gas was filled and brought to me, I came home to a gas smelling home later that evening. God saved me! I had to return back to the gas station where the head of the gas was properly tightened
