Fake — Watery and Doesn’t Work Like the Original
I’m not happy with this product. It’s very watery and doesn’t foam at all, even though it’s called a “foaming cream wash.” Since I started using it, my acne has actually gotten worse instead of improving. It also feels too mild — not harsh like the 4% one I bought directly from CeraVe, which worked well for me. I’m starting to suspect this one might not be the same quality as the original.

I ordered for Acne Foaming Cream Wash With 10% BENZOYL PEROXIDE-150ml but you brought 4% Benzoyl peroxide. Even the receipt is showing that it was 10% I ordered for. This is the second time this is happening. If a particular item is not available, u inform the customer or cancel the order.
