Half filled container

The quantity of product inside the moisturing lotion is a little above half the container, compared to the cleansers I got making it look like a part of it was spilled or something plus a cleanser usage direction was what was attached to the back of the container. The moisturizer doesn't moisture enough, skin gets dry and white after sitting under the air-conditioning in minutes.
