its mild on the face, moisturizes well, tends to have smoothened & cleared my face in the past one month & is not harsh at all ( my skin's very sensitive) so I absolutely appreciate them. Note: The AM (daytime) contains some amount of ''mineral'' sunscreen ( which tends to leave behind a noticeable white cast to the skin, as is normal with all mineral sunscreens) . If you have a darker complexion like I do, this whitish cast can be especially apparent, so use sparingly (unless you don't mind, of course!) or blend with a little Vaseline, or baby Oil/lotion or your normal body crème, or glycerin...just find what works for you & go for it!!
