Fan Faulty Within 3 Weeks — Century Yet to Fix It
The fan started having electrical sparks within 2-3 weeks of purchase, and attempts to have it repaired by Obiking Industries have already cost me over N16,000 because the customer care centre is inside Jankara Market in Lagos Island; there is no access to cars or dispatch; you have to struggle with human traffic. It's been a terrible experience, and Obiking Industries or Century is not responding.
