Non-Working Stabilizer With Signs of Prior Use

Very disappointed with this purchase. The wall-mounted stabilizer was not working at all when I got it. It also had super glue residue and white paint stains on it, making it appear used or previously repaired instead of new. Unfortunately, I had an emergency on the day of pickup, so I couldn't inspect the item at the pickup station. By the time I discovered the issues, it was too late. Based on my experience, I would advise buyers to inspect their items thoroughly before leaving the pickup station. I cannot recommend this vendor.
