More than expected but not all for good reasons

product came on time , works perfectly, so far used it from evening till the next morning and its still full and very sturdy ONLY issue is that i ordered CENTURY BUT RECIEVED QASA which is wrong. but all in all, a good product so far and very low noise

it looked like a "used" product

The manual is missing It is scratched at different points I wanted to return it but noticed that you conveniently added "non returnable" A red flag
