It came perfectly intact and packaged. It only works during the day and can charge 2 devices at a time although it's quite slow, also works better when the sun is very hot, so i suggest charging one at a time, i use for my powerbank mainly. Been using it for almost a month so I can say it works quite well. Comes with 2 USB ports and a multi-cord. I highly recommend this Cafini product.
