It was my bigg

It was perhaps my biggest shopping mistake to buy a mechanical device from Jumia. First, the machine was shipped uncoupled. And there was no warning on the shopping site indicating that professional coupling would be needed. They only displayed picture of a completely coupled machine. By the time I found a technician to couple it, it was already 7 days, so Jumia refused to refund or replace the machine when it proved faulty after coupling. After several days back and forth, they eventually provided the phone number of the seller. The seller promised to contact the "distributor" to check out the fault. Up till today, no one has shown up and the seller is no longer picking calls. This is the biggest online fraud I have experienced. Please share this until Jumia rises up to her responsibility to protect buyers from extortion and fake products.
