NOT GOOD USER EXPERIENCE

The mouse has a great ergonomic design and has a noiseless click but the connection glitches. It hangs periodically. At first, I thought it was because I connected directly to my laptop but when I used the Bluetooth receiver, the problem remained. The other issue is the DPI settings. It goes off automatically after like 20secs. I'm getting a different mouse. I'm not enjoying this at all.
