Manageable

It fit my bed perfectly despite the high higt my bed has from the top to the ground. But the topper is not too soft as describe and is kind of flat but is manageable.

I was afraid it would not fit as the mattress is slightly over 6 ft long. More like 6 ft 3 inches. There was no option other than 4.5ft by 6ft, so I was ready to deal with a shortage but the topper was exactly the size needed and has made the mattress comfortable. Highly recommend it for hard orthopaedic mattresses.
