I think it should have come with racks, since it's a multifunctional 8in1 products, I expected it come with some of the components. Now we have to order for the components separately. I still rate the product!

The appliance came programmed for Fries, I wasn't able to re-program for other uses. The air fryer cut off after 30 minutes of use and it didn't respond for a re-use, though it roasted my drumsticks correctly. It's been about 2 weeks since the first use. I've not tried to use it again, so I wouldn't know if it'll work
