Balances well, might be small for 16+ inch laptops

I saw the reviews about one 'leg' being higher than the other, but bought anyway. There's that slight difference, but it stands firm once the laptop is on it. I wonder if there is an engineering reason for the discrepancy. Likewise, it isn't very wide, it supports my 13inch Macbook quitewell, but might be small for a 16-inch computer. Besidesthat it's all good, and it's an aluminium alloy.
