FAKE/UNAUTHENTIC PRODUCT

I just picked the product today, did the necessary things before using it and I discovered that temperature keeps rising on both sides once the thermostat is tuned on. We've taken all necessary measures but all to no avail.

When I plug it after 20minutes i discover that the two side is hot then off after some time cool then on back, so he no allow the fridge to work properly and block just cool normal but no block
