This product is sulfur and its excreted via urine and sweat. So, be aware of that. So far, I think it's working. Can't really say until I've used it for months. Take with lots of water and don't go overboard with it. Use the spatula inside and if it's your first time, stick to one spatula. Or you might experience stomach pain.
