The product itself works ok but I ordered the more advanced Western Digital external hard drive brand while this Toshiba brand was delivered. I tried to return it but no agent was available to come pick it up from me, meaning I would have to spend more money going to a drop-off location. I had to cancel drop-off and stay stuck with the Toshiba, which I never ordered.

Initially I was scared because it was HD but it's so good. Its fast, efficient and effective. Just make sure not to let it fall
