The rods were complete and I think I got one extra elbow joint or I set it up wrong but it looks sturdy. I saw a stretchy bungee like cable and I'm not sure what's that for. Any help on that, it came in a transparent bag with some tiny white hooks. Also a virtual version of the manual would not be a bad idea.
