Factory problem.

When I bought it and tried putting it on everything worked except for the fact that the burner wasn't coming up. After a lot of research I found out the factory assembled it wrongly. the burner wasn't properly fixed to pipe distributing the gas. We had to loosen everything and recouple again which took a lot of stress . I almost returned it luckily it worked after re arrangement. Please check properly and run a test before sending to customers.
