Ok but battery doesnt last

The phone is portable but the battery i got doesn't last well. After hours of charging it can't start for upto 10hours without usage with the battery already going down and also I still wonder how a new phone doesn't come with a phone Manuel and an earphone. Its so disappointing. I just gave it 3stars because I just love the phone design and how light it is. Jumia have to make very sure that whatever one ordered should quality.
