Poor engineering parts

In my first 7 days of use, I liked this item, I'd have rated a full 5 stars. Then there is this problem that came up with it, it started getting noisy and loud like a really loud rattling sound, and sometimes when I try to change the massage heads, the heads' socket would be pulled out along with it which would require me to screw it back in, and while screwing back in, it doesn't exactly tighten up, you keep screwing in forever. In order to reduce the rattling sound from this product, I had to disassemble the product completely and realized that the rubber thingy that prevents the massage head from hitting on the side of the case was worn out. I had to whip up an improvised way to reduce the rattling sound and glued the head socket in place to avoid it ripping out. It's not perfect but it is good enough. I would've returned but it was already too late to do that. I won't recommend this particular product to anyone.
